We are currently seeking to hire a part-time (with the possibility of moving to full-time) Next Gen Coordinator.  The candidate should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church.  A team-builder with significant Next Gen-related ministry and leadership experience.  A person who will hold in confidence matters of information that may be sensitive to the well being of others.  A person committed to excellence in their responsibilities.

Under the direct supervision of the East Campus Pastor and in coordination with the Central Campus Next Gen staff, the candidate should have the ability to  establish and lead a Next Gen Ministry that is relevant to the cultural dynamics and needs of all families and successfully provide the following  job products with excellence:

  • Meadowbrook Church values manifested in every area of work and personal life
  • Thorough understanding and adherence to all church and staff policies
  • Fully supported Campus Pastor and Next Gen Team
  • Demonstrated high level of professional excellence in all areas of assigned duties
  • Thriving, well-led, pro-family ministry that is responsive to the dynamic needs of families
  • Aligned, phased ministries with a vision and strategy that complement the Meadowbrook mission, vision and strategy:

~Fully functional and cohesive staff team
~Staff and volunteer leaders fully support Next Gen mission, vision and strategy
~Equipped and empowered staff and Dream Team members
~Fully engaged and supportive parents
~God-honoring praise and worship services
~Robust small-groups ministry
~Regularly scheduled milestone events
~Ministry fully staffed with Dream Team volunteers
~Nurtured and cared for Dream Team members
~Safe physical, emotional, and spiritual environments for youth and children

 

  • Consistent and effective communications
  • Fully invested liaison between staff, members, and guests of the East Campus to the Central Campus
  • Fully completed and timely accident reports
  • No year when expenses exceed budget
  • Ongoing personal, professional and spiritual development

Staff members are expected to:  Participate in a small group; church wide functions; attend First Wednesday and a weekend service; tithe; and serve our community.
